Director Business Improvement- Operations

Elevance Health is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, and organized Director Business Improvement- Operations to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience in business process improvement, a proven track record of problem-solving and developing solutions, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You should have an analytical eye, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and tactically. In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for process improvement and innovation. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
2. Analyze existing processes and identify areas of improvement.
3. Create, implement, and monitor process improvement projects.
4. Design and document business processes, workflows, and procedures.
5. Develop and implement metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process alignment and effective implementation.
7. Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion.
8. Provide training and guidance to team members on process improvement techniques.
9. Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
