Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner • Provide accurate information to customers and address their concerns • Maintain current knowledge of customer service best practices and health care principles and practices • Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and courteous service • Track customer interactions and document customer service activities • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved • Maintain customer contact records and update customer information as necessary • Work with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, reports, and presentations • Adhere to health care regulations and customer service standards
