Job Description

At Elevance Health, we are looking for an amazing Customer Care Representative to join our team and help our clients live healthier and better lives. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication and customer service skills who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude. They should also have a strong understanding of customer service best practices and be able to develop relationships with clients. If you have a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience• Previous experience in customer service• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Knowledge of customer service and health care principles and practices

Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner • Provide accurate information to customers and address their concerns • Maintain current knowledge of customer service best practices and health care principles and practices • Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and courteous service • Track customer interactions and document customer service activities • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved • Maintain customer contact records and update customer information as necessary • Work with other departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, reports, and presentations • Adhere to health care regulations and customer service standards
