Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of customer service experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment, as well as be detail-oriented and organized. Our Customer Care Representative should be customer-focused, dedicated to providing excellent service, and have a genuine desire to help people. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
  2. Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
  3. Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Follow up with customers on their inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Update customer information and records in the system.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
  8. Prepare and regularly update reports on customer service activities.
  9. Follow up on customer orders and track order progress.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services to ensure accurate and helpful customer service delivery.
