
Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Follow up with customers on their inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Update customer information and records in the system.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management.
- Prepare and regularly update reports on customer service activities.
- Follow up on customer orders and track order progress.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services to ensure accurate and helpful customer service delivery.
