Job Description

Elevance Health is looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members while providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries. We are seeking an individual with a passion for customer service and the dedication to exceed expectations.To be successful in this position, you should possess excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a positive attitude towards customer interactions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have the ability to analyze complex customer inquiries and provide simple solutions. Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not necessary.   10. Stay up-to-date with customer service policies and procedures
