Job Description

Elevance Health is looking for a Contract Administrator Lead - Regulatory Findings to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment and experience working with contracts. The successful candidate should be a natural problem solver, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and has a passion for helping people to achieve the best possible outcomes. The Contract Administrator Lead - Regulatory Findings will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting regulatory findings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing contract development and review.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and be an expert in contract law and regulations. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of success in working with contracts, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Review and interpret regulatory findings to ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Manage contract development and review.
  3. Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Analyze contracts for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Identify and address any non-compliance issues.
  6. Develop strategies to ensure effective contract processes.
  7. Negotiate contracts and resolve any disputes.
  8. Create and maintain accurate records of all contract activities.
  9. Provide timely and accurate advice regarding contract matters.
  10. Maintain effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
