- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance standards are met in all areas of the company.

- Plan and conduct compliance training for employees to promote understanding and adherence to compliance policies.

- Prepare and submit required compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
- Maintain and update compliance-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and industry organizations.
- Liaise with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Lead and facilitate internal compliance committee meetings.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compliance issues and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Compliance Manager At Elevance Health Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of All Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Healthcare Compliance, Including Hipaa, Medicare/Medicaid, And The Affordable Care Act.
Experience In Compliance Management: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Compliance Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry. This Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Compliance Processes And Procedures, As Well As Experience Designing And Implementing Compliance Programs.
