- Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related topics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies and stay informed of any changes or updates to compliance requirements.
- Monitor and report on the company's compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and oversee internal compliance investigations, working with legal and HR teams as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a culture of compliance within the organization, promoting ethical and responsible behavior at all levels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure compliance goals and objectives align with the company's overall strategic plans.
- Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all compliance activities and documentation.
- Proactively identify potential compliance risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's compliance program to ensure it remains effective and efficient.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Law.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Role Within The Healthcare Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Healthcare Compliance, Including Hipaa, Medicare/Medicaid, And Fraud And Abuse Laws.
Strong Understanding Of Compliance Program Development And Implementation, Including Policies, Procedures, And Training.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Lead A Team.
