Community Outreach Manager

The Community Outreach Manager develops, implements & manages community outreach and retention strategies to achieve marketing and retention goals by focusing on member education, outreach and orientation. Engage members to mitigate dis-enrollment, resolve complex member issues, and assist in accessing correct care. Create opportunities with events and presentations to reach and educate the community on company programs. Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and churches and acts as resource for organizations interested in company programs. Establish and maintain relationships and execute growth and retention strategies with providers within assigned territories. Conduct community based new member intake and orientation. Measure & track results through score carding and identify root causes that will enable assigned retention targets to be met within assigned area.
