1. Develop and execute strategies to meet community needs.
2. Establish and build relationships with community stakeholders.
3. Remain current on community issues and trends.
4. Identify and pursue opportunities to increase Elevance Health’s presence in the community.
5. Develop and implement creative strategies to engage the community.
6. Advocate for Elevance Health and its mission in the community.
7. Develop and execute community outreach events and initiatives.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of community outreach initiatives.
9. Collect and analyze community feedback to identify areas of improvement.
10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all community outreach activities.
