1. Develop, implement, and manage community outreach initiatives in support of Elevance Health's mission.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure program success.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase program reach and effectiveness.
5. Monitor program progress and evaluate program effectiveness.
6. Provide support and guidance to community members in need of healthcare services.
7. Assist with community health initiatives.
8. Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
9. Participate in community events and meetings as needed.
10. Remain current on healthcare trends and best practices.
