Claims Representative (Health & Dental)

Responsibilities:

1. Review and process employee health & dental claims in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with insurance carriers.
5. Keep accurate records of claim processing activities.
6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures for claims processing.
7. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to claims processing.
8. Work closely with other departments to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
9. Provide timely and accurate reports of claims processing activities.
10. Remain up-to-date on changes in the health & dental insurance industry.
