4. Maintain organized records of all claim information and customer inquiries.
5. Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve customer issues related to claims.
6. Provide customer service support in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
8. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on industry best practices.
