  1. Process and manage a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers.
  3. Communicate clearly and effectively with members, providers, and internal team members.
  4. Conduct thorough research and investigation to resolve complex claims issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of claims and related documentation.
  6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in healthcare regulations.
  9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  10. Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely claims processing.
  11. Identify and escalate potential fraud or abuse cases.
  12. Provide support and training to new team members as needed.
  13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  14. Adhere to company values and promote a positive work culture.
  15. Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding.
  16. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  17. Handle difficult or escalated customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  18. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
  19. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Claims Processing, Preferably In A Managed Care Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Cpt And Icd-10 Coding, And Insurance Billing Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Claims Processing Software And Microsoft Office.
