
Business Change Manager Sr
As a Business Change Manager Sr at Elevance Health, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to bring the best health care to all of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and services, including the establishment of best practices and metrics for success.
- Lead and manage projects to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Facilitate and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to discuss and review changes and progress.
- Analyze current business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and results of change initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team members, providing feedback as needed.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.
- Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to business change management.
