Business Change Manager Sr

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and services, including the establishment of best practices and metrics for success.
2. Lead and manage projects to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
3. Facilitate and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to discuss and review changes and progress.
4. Analyze current business operations and processes to identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and implement training and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of changes.
6. Prepare and present reports to senior management on progress and results of change initiatives.
7. Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure successful completion of projects.
8. Monitor and evaluate performance of team members, providing feedback as needed.
9. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of changes.
10. Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to business change management.
