Broker Services Trainer

3. Design training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities, to enhance the learning experience for brokers.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact and retention.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare market to ensure training materials and programs are relevant and up-to-date.
7. Provide ongoing coaching and support to brokers to help them improve their knowledge and skills.
8. Maintain strong relationships with broker partners and serve as a resource for any questions or concerns regarding Elevance Health's products and services.
9. Assist in the onboarding process for new broker partners, including providing training and support as needed.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on broker services and share best practices with team members and other departments.
