Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Education In Biostatistics Or A Related Field - A Biostatistical Analyst At Elevance Health Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Quantitative Field. This Advanced Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Statistical Methods And Data Analysis Techniques, Which Are Essential For Conducting Healthcare Research.

  • Experience With Healthcare Data And Research Methodologies - Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working With Healthcare Data And Conducting Research In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records, Claims Data, And Other Sources Of Healthcare Data. Knowledge Of Research Methodologies, Such As Study Design And Statistical Analysis, Is Also Important For This Role.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software And Programming Languages - A Biostatistical Analyst Should Be Proficient In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Stata.
