- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for behavioral health patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current behavioral health programs and services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed of best practices and industry standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for changes in policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to behavioral health providers on quality standards and best practices.
- Develop and facilitate training programs for staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Communicate with patients and their families to gather feedback and incorporate their perspectives into quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in behavioral health to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Behavioral Health Or Mental Health Role.
A Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Healthcare Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Processes And Strategies, Particularly In The Behavioral Health Field.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Team And Drive Results.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Providers, Administrators, And Patients.
