Behavioral Health Provider Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Behavioral Health Provider Quality Manager to join the Elevance Health team and lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our behavioral health provider quality programs. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in healthcare quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and that our behavioral health providers meet all applicable regulations and standards.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and at least 5 years of experience in a healthcare quality assurance role. You must also possess a strong understanding of the regulations and standards governing behavioral health services and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

-Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the behavioral health provider quality programs. -Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and that our behavioral health providers meet all applicable regulations and standards. -Monitor and review the performance of our behavioral health providers and provide feedback and guidance as needed. -Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase the quality of services provided. -Develop and implement policies and procedures related to quality assurance. -Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. -Train and mentor behavioral health providers on quality assurance best practices. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards governing behavioral health services. -Ensure quality assurance processes are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. -Keep up-to-date records of performance data and quality assurance activities. -Provide reports and recommendations to management on quality assurance performance. -Participate in staff meetings and trainings to ensure information is current and accurate.
