Job Description

Elevance Health is looking for an experienced Behavioral Health EAP Consultant to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our clients. This individual will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have strong problem-solving abilities.In this role, you will be responsible for providing mental health and wellness services to our clients across a variety of topics. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments, providing referrals, and developing treatment plans. Additionally, you will provide crisis counseling and support, as well as leading support groups.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a master's degree in behavioral health or social work and at least two years of experience working in the field. You will also need to have a valid state license to practice in your area. If you have experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field, this is a plus.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others, and who is able to work independently to develop creative solutions to our clients' needs. Responsibilities:

-Provide mental health and wellness services to clients across a variety of topics -Conduct assessments, provide referrals, and develop treatment plans -Provide crisis counseling and support -Lead support groups -Maintain professional relationships with clients and their families -Stay up-to-date on relevant topics in the field -Work independently to develop creative solutions to client needs -Maintain valid state license to practice -Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
