  1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive behavioral health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to clients during afterhours shifts.
  2. Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals seeking mental health support.
  3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to address clients' mental health and emotional well-being.
  4. Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  7. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice in all interactions with clients and their confidential information.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  9. Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in behavioral health and EAP services.
  11. Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure quality care and effective collaboration.
  12. Actively contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  13. Maintain professional boundaries and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
  14. Attend trainings and workshops to further develop clinical skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent Elevance Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Licensure Or Certification As A Behavioral Health Professional (I.e. Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Etc.).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Therapy Or Counseling Services In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Treating A Variety Of Mental Health And Substance Abuse Issues.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate Afterhours Appointments And Crisis Situations.
