10. Stay current on industry developments and emerging HR trends to continuously improve services and expertise.
11. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
12. Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal development.

15. Mentor and train junior team members on HR consulting techniques and practices.
