- Conduct needs assessments and develop HR solutions for clients to improve their overall workplace culture and productivity.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for clients to ensure legal compliance and effective employee management.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices to continuously improve our consulting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide customized solutions.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and make recommendations to clients for improving their HR strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and Elevance Health, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of services.
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of HR consulting services.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Consulting Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.
