6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance services provided to clients.
7. Act as a liaison between clients and Elevance Health, communicating effectively and timely to address any concerns or issues.
8. Assist clients with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
9. Conduct trainings and workshops for clients to educate and promote a positive workplace culture.
10. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
11. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and provide exceptional customer service.
12. Collaborate with the Elevance Health team to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
13. Participate in business development efforts to attract and retain clients.
14. Represent Elevance Health with professionalism and integrity at all times.
