Job Description

Elevance Health is looking for a top-notch Advanced Analytics Consultant to join our team and help us provide the best healthcare services. We are looking for an experienced professional who understands the value of data-driven decisions and can help us leverage analytic insights to improve our operations.The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in advanced analytics and data science. Specifically, we are looking for a professional with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop advanced models to support decision-making. The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of healthcare data and be comfortable working with large datasets.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The Advanced Analytics Consultant will need to be self-driven and able to work independently to ensure the successful completion of projects.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in advanced analytics. An advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred.If you are a highly motivated and experienced analytics professional with a passion for helping healthcare organizations succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop advanced models to support decision-making and leverage analytics insights to improve operations.
  2. Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights.
  3. Work independently to ensure successful completion of analytics projects.
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Use problem-solving skills to solve complex data-related issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in advanced analytics and data science.
  7. Develop and present detailed reports outlining relevant insights.
  8. Collaborate with other members of the analytics team to ensure successful project outcomes.
