  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights in healthcare data.
  2. Develop and implement advanced analytics models and techniques to support clinical program improvements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs by analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations.
  5. Communicate complex data and analyses to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in healthcare data and analytics.
  7. Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  8. Create visualizations and reports to communicate data insights and findings.
  9. Conduct quality assurance and validation of data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  10. Identify and address data quality issues and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  11. Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other data analysts and data scientists to share best practices and insights.
  13. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and methodologies.
  14. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  15. Continuously look for opportunities to improve and streamline data analysis processes.
  16. Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations and laws related to handling healthcare data.
  17. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare data and analytics within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Data Analytics Or Related Field: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Or A Related Field. This Education Will Provide The Necessary Foundation For Understanding And Analyzing Complex Healthcare Data.

  • Extensive Experience In Healthcare Analytics: A Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In Healthcare Analytics, Preferably In The Clinical Programs Space. This Experience Should Include Data Analysis, Data Modeling, And Predictive Analytics.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Programs And How They Impact Patient Care. This Includes Knowledge Of Quality Metrics, Risk Adjustment, And Population Health Management.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software: A Successful Candidate Should Have Strong Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python. They Should Also Have Experience Using Sql And Data Visualization Tools To Analyze And Present Data.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinicians, Data Scientists, And It Professionals. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively Are Essential For Success In This Role.
