- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise with clients.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review account status and discuss future plans.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure all client documentation and records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Uphold company values and standards of exceptional customer service in all interactions with clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Relationships.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Service In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
