  8. Manage contract renewals and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
  9. Act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs and concerns are heard and addressed.
  10. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevance Health's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details in our CRM system.
  13. Attend conferences and events to network with potential clients and promote Elevance Health's services.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Compliance Standards.
