- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for each account, including identifying growth opportunities and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Analyze account data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively communicate updates and changes to clients, including product updates and pricing changes.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including current trends and regulations.
- Serve as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of account management strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Represent Elevance Health at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Client Accounts.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Crm Software And Sales Analytics.
