Job Description

Elevance Health is looking for an experienced Account Service Manager to join our team and help us build lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing customer accounts and working with stakeholders in a customer-facing role. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as a track record of creating and maintaining successful customer relationships. If you have a knack for customer service, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to think strategically, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  3. Develop and manage customer accounts and ensure that all customer requirements are met.
  4. Monitor customer account usage and ensure that all payments are received in a timely manner.
  5. Provide customer service support, troubleshooting any technical or operational issues.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and make improvements and adjustments accordingly.
  7. Understand and comply with regulations and industry standards related to the healthcare industry.
  8. Implement new initiatives to improve customer service and account management processes.
  9. Develop and execute communication plans to ensure customers are kept up to date with the latest products and services.
  10. Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insight into customer trends and satisfaction levels.
