Job Description

At Elevance Health, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Service Manager to join our team. Our Account Service Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service background.We require at least 3 years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of health and wellness. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with support and guidance. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with support and guidance.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor customer service metrics and analyze trends to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
