Instructional Designer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and innovative Instructional Designer to join the Learning & Development team at El Pollo Loco. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing interactive learning initiatives that ensure our employees understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and objectives. You should be an excellent communicator and possess a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Educational Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in developing, designing and implementing effective learning strategies is also essential. You should have a strong understanding of the latest instructional design and e-learning technologies, as well as a solid grasp of adult learning principles. We also require excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
