  1. Oversee critical care warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of life-saving medical products to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  2. Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
  4. Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and monitor productivity.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
  10. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.
  11. Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  12. Train new employees on warehouse procedures and ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote professional development.
  14. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve warehouse operations.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within the warehouse team.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and ethical standards.
  17. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team in a professional and timely manner.
  18. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with external partners and customers.
  19. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies and goals for the warehouse department.
  20. Continuously monitor and improve warehouse processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Operations Management.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center, Preferably In A Critical Care Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Warehouse Employees.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Critical Decisions In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.
