Job Description

Maintain pipeline of professional talent for rotational and direct hire university programs, as well as Internships and Co-Ops. Plan and execute Summer Immersion Program for 150+ Interns and over 50 new graduate employees. Manage fall and spring campus recruiting events and interviews. Develop strategies for development program improvement in partnership with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain annual campus recruitment calendar and university events. Campus branding events (club meetings, networking events, information sessions). Establish strong partnerships at target universities. Facilitate onboarding process for Interns and new graduates. Create strategic initiatives to improve university recruitment process. Determining appropriate branding material and messaging per event.

Job Qualifications

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
A minimum of 3 years of university recruiting experience.
Experience in event management and employer branding
