If so, Edwards Lifesciences is looking for a top-notch Technologist to join our Research & Development team.In this role, you will develop and manage the technology aspects of the product development process, including planning, design, development, launch, and quality management. You will also be responsible for the evaluation of new technologies and their potential applications to medical products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a technology-driven role• Expertise in product development processes• Proven record of successful product launches• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively• Exceptional communication and organizational skillsIf you are motivated to join a fast-paced and exciting environment with an innovative team, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage technology aspects of the product development process, including planning, design, development, launch, and quality management.
Evaluate new technologies and their potential applications to medical products.
Conduct research and provide technical expertise to support product design and development.
Monitor design performance and ensure all design specifications are met.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Identify potential risks and devise strategies to address them.
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols.
Create and review technical documents.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
