- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and provide technical support as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering)
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Biotechnology Industry
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures
Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation, Including Proficiency In Relevant Software Programs (E.g. Excel, Spss)
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Present Findings To Various Stakeholders.
