- Directly manage a team of engineers and provide guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.

- Act as a liaison between Edwards Lifesciences and suppliers, representing the company's values and standards at all times.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in supplier management practices across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supplier development processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Supplier Development Engineering Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda And Iso.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Cross-Functional Teams.
