  1. Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis strategies that align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of financial planning and analysis initiatives.
  3. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to gather and analyze financial data and develop forecasts and budgets.
  5. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and potential risks to inform business decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis.
  9. Participate in strategic planning and provide financial insights and recommendations to support long-term business goals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare market to inform financial planning and analysis strategies.
  11. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to financial planning and analysis.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  13. Communicate financial results and analysis to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and executives.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and marketing, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Financial Modeling Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.
