Develop and execute software test plans and strategies for Edwards Lifesciences' medical devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document software requirements.
Design and implement automated and manual tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
Conduct thorough and rigorous testing to identify and report any defects or issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot software issues, working closely with developers to resolve them.
Maintain and update test cases, test scripts, and other testing documentation.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure software meets quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing techniques and tools.
Mentor and train junior team members on software testing best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and results.
Identify and propose improvements to the software testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and standards in all testing activities.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software products.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Software Testing: A Senior Engineer At Edwards Lifesciences Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Testing Methodologies And Tools.
Proficiency In Automation Testing: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Automation Testing Frameworks And Tools, Such As Selenium, To Ensure Efficient And Effective Testing Of Software Products.
