We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and passionate Principal Biologist, Quality Lab to join our team at Edwards Lifesciences. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the activities of the Quality Lab, ensuring the lab meets quality requirements and delivering excellent customer service. You will be a key part of the team that brings innovation to the product development process.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Master’s degree in a life sciences discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a lab setting. You will possess a deep understanding of quality standards, regulations and industry best practices, and have an appreciation for the importance of the product development process. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
