Job Description

At Edwards Lifesciences, we are seeking an experienced Patent Counsel to join our team and help protect our intellectual property. We are seeking an individual with a passion for patent law, a commitment to excellence, and the skill set to provide excellent legal advice and counsel to the company.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and be a Registered Patent Attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office. At least five years of experience in patent law and a strong knowledge of biotechnology and medical device regulations are essential. The candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.If you have a combination of the above qualifications and a desire to join an industry leader, we want to hear from you.
