Job Description

Lead HR analytics projects including defining key metrics to develop executive dashboards and providing interpretation/analysis on talent data. Design graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data. Develop analysis strategies and analyze critical HR business objectives utilizing and determining the appropriate statistical techniques and/or predictive modeling to answer talent-related questions. Analyze talent and business outcomes data to identify relationships and trends; interpret data and communicate noteworthy findings to Business and HR leaders. Develop a global HR analytics model to measure the impact of HR programs on business results. Create and communicate report requirements to partners such as HRIS, Finance and IT. Perform audits to ensure accuracy of the data and soundness of the logic used to develop models. Create a governance model, intake and distribution/communication process.

Job Qualifications

10 years of experience in the development and interpretation of business and/or talent analytics
Expert knowledge of organizational structures and data implications
Extensive knowledge of data constructs, system interfaces, and reporting capabilities.
