Manager, Value Improvement Projects

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Value Improvement Projects to join our Edwards Lifesciences team. This individual will lead our efforts to identify, prioritize, and execute on projects and initiatives that will drive value improvement throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for process improvement, a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, and a track record of driving value in an organization. They also have a deep understanding of the agile project management methodology and a proven ability to work across departments and stakeholders to achieve results.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. project management, engineering, or business) and 5+ years of experience in a project management or related role. They will also have a strong understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma and experience in leading process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who is driven to find solutions that create value for the organization. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
