Lead and manage a team of software testers to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
Develop and implement software testing strategies and methodologies to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and timelines.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
Monitor and track defects, analyze root cause, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Conduct risk analysis and identify potential areas of improvement in the software development process.
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing process.
Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software testing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all testing activities.
Collaborate with product management to understand customer needs and incorporate them into testing.
Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all testing activities.
Represent the software testing team in meetings and discussions with other departments and clients.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools in the field of software testing and recommend their implementation, as appropriate.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Regulated Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Software Testers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
