Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the production of high-quality products.
Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive their performance and professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of new products into manufacturing processes.
Oversee the design, installation, and validation of new equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
Manage the budget for the manufacturing engineering department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into manufacturing processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and other regulatory bodies.
Represent the manufacturing engineering department in meetings with senior management and provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Engineers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Systems, Including Fda Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
