- Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Lead a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive their performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of new products into manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the design, installation, and validation of new equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Manage the budget for the manufacturing engineering department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology and incorporate them into manufacturing processes to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including FDA, ISO, and other regulatory bodies.
- Represent the manufacturing engineering department in meetings with senior management and provide regular updates on project progress and performance.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Engineers.
Extensive Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Systems, Including Fda Regulations.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
