Job Description

The Representative, HR will be responsible for HR administrative duties and projects in support for Global Supply Chain. This role will have frequent interactions with peers from both the HR and Global Supply Chain organizations and will provide an exciting opportunity exposure and visibility to both organizations. Track, audit, and reconcile employee files Perform HR administrative duties: including preparing new hire and orientation materials, assisting with performance reviews, initiating exit interviews, and maintaining employee records. Assist in facilitating new hire orientation. Respond to first level inquiries and escalate non-routine issues to appropriate team members.
