
HR Specialist
Provide front-line manager coaching on a variety of HR topics (e.g., career development, pay review, performance management and team dynamics). Resolve complex HR issues (e.g., tier 2) while partnering with COEs and HR Solutions shared services team (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations) for assigned area(s)/business units. Provide complex analysis, formulate, and propose alternative solutions and recommendations for talent initiatives. Perform front duties for the assigned business unit including policy/program interpretation, and advising management as it relates to local compliance/regulatory requirements. Assess HR issues that require considerable judgment and risk management where EW policies and practices do not exist. Develop and continuously improve processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with HR COE teams.
A minimum of 5 years of HR experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required with a master’s degree.
Experience managing common workforce issues
Thorough understanding of human resources processes and/or systems
Proven success leading local/regional/global projects and driving adoption
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications as well as Workday
