Job Description

Develop and design overarching global as well as specific wellness programs and projects for regions/locations, with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables including identifying gaps, developing program communications roadmap, recommending solutions and providing direction and guidance to HRS functional leads on implementation. Oversee onsite clinic programming and vendor management; ensuring it continues to meet employee needs and population health goals. Develop and manage wellness dashboards including metrics on trends, performance, and ROI (return on investment). Provide strategy for global wellness budget and recommendations for wellness budget investment across the globe to ensure funds are utilized to meet goals and deliverables. Select and manage wellness vendors to ensure vendor performance and maximize investment. Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the globe.

Job Qualifications

8+ years of wellness or population health experience
7+ years of wellness program design experience
5+ years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports.
Certification in related discipline (PMP, Registered Dietician, etc.) a plus
