We are seeking an experienced Field Clinical Specialist to join Edwards Lifesciences. This individual will serve as a clinical and technical expert, providing on-site customer support and training for our cutting-edge cardiovascular products. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and energetic team player who has the knowledge and skills to consistently deliver excellent customer service.The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in cardiovascular technology, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, and a strong knowledge of medical device products and technology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The Field Clinical Specialist must have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities:

Provide on-site customer support and training for Edwards Lifesciences' cardiovascular products.
Utilize technical knowledge and clinical expertise to ensure customers are using the products correctly and safely.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Edwards Lifesciences' products and relevant medical technology.
Effectively manage customer relationships with a high level of professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Monitor customer feedback and provide reports on customer satisfaction.
Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement training plans for new and existing customers.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for any product-related issues.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
