The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in manufacturing and engineering principles, problem solving skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as have experience with design and implementation of automation or process improvement systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and a working knowledge of Robotics and PLCs is also desired.
