Develop and implement innovative solutions for advanced patient monitoring technology.
Utilize engineering expertise to design and improve medical devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.
Create and review technical documentation, including design specifications and test protocols.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in patient monitoring technology.
Participate in product testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for product-related issues.
Communicate project updates and progress to team members and management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
Mentor and train junior engineers within the R&D team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Biomedical Or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Research And Development, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Advanced Patient Monitoring Technologies, Including Signal Processing And Data Analysis.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Including Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Meeting Project Timelines.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, And Ability To Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
